Fair Isle Flower Beanie
This works up rather long and can either be pulled down against unpleasant weather or folded at the back to give a slouchie effect.
The thick fabric is very warm and will see you through the coldest parts of winter.
This is my first pattern, and it’s very minimalist, more of a guide than anything else, I designed this hat in Exxcel and the pictures in the pattern are what I worked from. Also, I can’t actually remember writing this pattern, it must have been at about 3am, which might explain a few things, like why I thought it was a good idea to write a pattern. But it exists now, so I’m putting it up.
Any questions and I’ll do my best to answer.
You’ll need at least two colours, a main colour and a contrast. About 50g of each, maybe a little more, I’ll admit that I didn’t measure it.
