This is an easy fair isle pattern that looks very impressive. It is based on traditional Northern European patterns.

The hat is adult one size.

It is knitted in the round on 16” circular size US 8 needles and dpns.

You need at least 2 contrasting colors, but can add at least one more if you desire. Only two colors are used at a time. One skein of each of the two main colors will make one hat and one headband if you reverse the colors on the headband.
