This PDF has 2 Kep designs.
The pattern says to start on straight needles but you can cast on with a circular and use this right up to needing dpn’s for the crown.
Both are fully lined and knitted in one piece starting from the top of the lining to the top of the crown finished with a tassel.
The Keps are knitted in the round using a range of traditional fair isle peerie and border patterns.
A unisex Kep suitable for adults, teens.
There are charts and written instructions, and pictures of both Keps.
Both Keps can be worn different ways, turn up the bottom to make a brim for extra warmth.
Size - Adult, to fit head circumference 21” - 22” (53cm - 56cm) with 1” (2.5cm) negative ease.

JC Rennie 4 ply Supersoft Lambswool (50g - 270 yds).
JC Rennie 4 ply Unique Shetland (50g - 236 yds).
Brooklyn Tweed Loft (Wool - 50g - 275 yds).
Drops Flora 4ply for the lining (65% Wool, 35% Alpaca).

3mm (US 2.5mm) straight needles, a 16” (40.5cm) circular needle and 5 double pointed needles, tapestry needle, stitch markers.
