Fair Isle Neck Warmers
Two items: ear warmer + neck warmer
This is the perfect coordinating project for knitters new and familiar to the Fair Isle tradition of stranded knitting. This pattern includes two charts, photographs, and complete written instructions in English and French.
This knit project fits most adults.
Ear and neck warmers are excellent projects when learning stranded knitting.
The benefits are;
- instead of making a swatch, you are making a garment
- fast projects so you can see immediate results
- practice using circular knitting needles
- small projects so that you can use up leftover yarn
- develop your color work skills through experimentation
