Suggested yarn: This cowl can be made in any yarn desired. For the best effect, use a self-striping yarn with long color changes in a worsted or Aran weight fiber. Multi-colored fibers also work up beautifully in this design.

Although gauge and yarn amounts are included, it will vary from person to person depending on fiber content, hook size and tension of each individual. Generally, one cake of yarn will make one cowl, so dig into your stash and search for that one special cake to make as a gift this holiday season.
