This pattern is written for the 9mm bulky knitting machine.
Also used is handknitting in garter stitch and single crochet.

Fairisle gauge is 5 stitches and 5 rows/inch

Scarf needs 6 oz of yarn and hat needs 3.5 oz of yarn.

The green and white set design is #66 in the kh270 stitch world patterns. Also a nice design with short spaces between yarn color changes is #23
