These Fair Isle Projects are fun, quick and easy. If you are new to Fair Isle this is an easy project to try. If you are an accomplished FI knitter you will want to make one for everyone you know, they are addictive!

My inspiration for this series is my love for quilt blocks, snowflakes and hearts, playing with colors and using stash in the process is fun.

For this project size is not all that important but if you do use heavier yarn the end size will be bigger.*

SIZE: Ornaments in picture are approximately 4.5” by 4.5” not including the hanger.

MATERIALS: 2 skeins of sport weight yarn, models were worked with Frog Tree Sport Weight.

NEEDLES: 32” or longer size 5, please use the needles you need to get the look you want. Also spare needles for the 3 needle bind off.

GAUGE: 6 stitches = 1 inch (not too important!)
