Fairy Crown Pullover
In the early Spring one of the first things I do with my little ones is braid flower crowns, or in their words “Fairy Crowns” now that Spring has brought a carpet of blooms I cannot think of a more fitting name.
The Fairy Crown Pullover is a simple and timeless design, that features subtle textures, Estonian knitting techniques, and darling French knots.
A perfect quick transitional piece for any season,
Inspired by my Fairy Crown Mitts, I wanted to try the Roosimine vines in a single colorway to let the texture shine.
The test knitters made some beautiful samples in multiple colors as well!
The design is written to be customized to the sleeve and body length desired, with yardage suggestions, and notes throughout the pattern to help you make each version. Also Included throughout the pattern are tips to help you tailor your sweater for the best possible fit for your unique body type.

Overview
How the garment is worked:
The sweater is a yoked design. It is worked seamlessly in the round from the top down.
German short rows are used to raise and shape the back neckline.
The yoke is worked in one piece, then separated for the sleeves and body.
The sleeve STS are held on stitch holders, or spare yarn while the body is worked.
After the body is complete the sleeve stitches are picked up, with
some additional stitches, and worked individually in the round.
A hand painted schematic, and finished measurements are shown in the pattern photos.
