This Fall Festival Hat & Headband can be made with any yarn, using the measurements throughout the pattern to achieve the right size! The sample pumpkin hat was made with worsted weight yarn, and directions are given for making pumpkin hats for all! Sizing is given for Baby, Toddler, Child and Adult sizes. A flower pattern is also included if you’d like to add a feminine touch! This project works up quickly, so you and your family can have a fun accessory for the next Fall Festival!

Stitching
The brim of the hat and headband are worked in short rows first, joined, and then the hat is made up from the side of the rows’ ends. Front and back post stitches are used along with a bobble stitch to ensure great texture!
