This C2C square was created specifically for the Friends Around the World Crochet Along 5th Anniversary blanket on Facebook’s Crochet Along Group. I was honored to be invited to participate as one of the contributors for the blanket.

This square would do well as a 12” x 12” pillow should you make one more plain color square to go on the back. It can also be an additional bonus square option for my Dogghan whose pattern you can find in full with all 18 squares/rectangles on Ravelry or for free in 20 separate posts on my Ink & Stitches blog.

The square in full is a 20 squares x 20 squares. The test swatch measures 7 squares x 7 squares at 4”. I would suggest using a size H crochet hook.

You’ll notice in the two separate images lovingly provided by my testers, that you can get creative with the color choices! You can simplify them as Tania did with her beautiful blue, white, pink, and coral toned square, or go with the original as Tawnya did with all the various Fall colors.

I wanted to showcase a marrying of both of my corner to corner blankets that I’ve shared thus far, the Catghan and the Dogghan, and Fall Friendship was what came from that.
