Skills needed:
single crochet, chain, increase, invisible decrease, half double crochet, double crochet , amigurumi/working in the round, magic ring, hand sewing, needle felting (optional but reccomended),

There are YouTube resources available for all these techniques and they are relatively straightforward.

Supplies:
Yarn and matching crochet hook, fiberfill/stuffing material, needle felting tool and roving or felt and thread to attach, tapestry needle, pins

Sizing:
Approximately 15-20cm using a 3.0mm hook

This patterns uses less that one 50g skein of Scheepjes Catona
