Winter is upon us here in the Northwoods and it’s time to start fading into life using our knits to keep us warm throughout the long, dark winter. I find that working on fun, colorful projects make the winter not seem quite so long. This is a pattern for gloves that will start in one color at the cuff and fade at the palm, through stranded knitting, into another color for the fingers.

Colors used for prototype are:
Knit Picks Palette-Forest Heather
Knit Picks Palette-White

The pattern is written for four sizes S, M, (L, XL) to fit hand circumference 6.5”, 7.25”, (8”, 9”)/16.5, 18.4, (20.3, 22.9)cm.

The basic glove pattern is written with charts for the colorwork portion for each size.
