These knitted pumpkins are a great decoration from the beginning of fall to the end of November, plus they make a great gift. The pumpkins are about 4.5” wide and 2.5” tall to 5” tall if you include the stem. I have made mine in a variety of fall colors and in white. They are knitted, folded, stuffed and sewn then decorated with a variety of stems choices. To finish them off I tied raffia, or twine around the stem.

Other things you will need:

Tapestry needle
Poly-Fil/ Stuffing (about 0.8 oz/22g per pumpkin)
Upholstery needle (3 1/2” - 6” long)
Hot Glue Gun
Raffia or Twine
Cut branch, drift wood or wine cork (stem)
Small piece of brown felt or fabric (optional)
Silk fall leaves are a nice addition too.
