Show your love for all things Autumn with these super fun Fallelujah Socks! You will find this project to be one that you just can’t put down as you watch your motifs grow into cute little squirrels, acorns, pumpkins, and so many more!

These socks are knit cuff down using stranded color work knitting. Every motif calls for only the MC and one CC color per round so you’re never fumbling about with a bunch of twisted yarn! I believe these socks are great for an adventurous beginner that has basic color work knowledge. These socks also feature a true afterthought heel for which I have provided both written instructions and a photo tutorial.

These socks are written in a “choose your own adventure” style so that you can customize your socks with any combination of motifs you like. There is a sister pattern available as well, “Trick or Feet Socks” and those motifs are also interchangeable with Fallelujah Sock motifs for endless customization opportunities! You will find both patterns in my shop.

For my sample socks I used Lang Jawool. I found this yarn to be easy to work with, very soft, and best of all- affordable! I purchased my yarn from Wool & Company. They have a plethora of colors always in stock and they ship incredibly fast! Here’s a list of the colorways I used:

MC: Cedar or Fossil Heather
CC White: Pearl
CC Red: Apple
CC Green: Forest
CC Brown: Gingerbread
CC Tan: Latte
CC Orange: Yam

MATERIALS:
50-90 grams fingering weight yarn (Main Color)
5-10 grams of each CC per chart.
Size US1.5 (2.5mm) 9” circular needles, DPN’s, or long circular needles for magic loop
2 stitch markers
Tapestry needle
GAUGE:

32 st over 4” (10cm) stockinette stitch, knit in the round & blocked using US1(2.25mm) needles
