Falling Leaves baby cardigan knitting pattern with full written instructions

▶️ Suggested yarn: DK or 8ply. If you’d like it bigger or smaller, you could use Aran/10ply or 4ply but would need to do a test square to check the size.
▶️ Suggested needle sizes are 3.5mm and 4mm (UK)
▶️ Sizes 0-6, 6-12, 12-24 and 24-36 months. Approximate finished sizes also given.
▶️ It has a rib, and stocking stitch which are fully explained, plus a repeating lace design, also fully explained.
▶️ Cardigan is knitted in pieces, held on stitch holders then sewn together at the end, along with button bands and collar. You will need between 5-6 buttons approximately 2.5-3cm diameter.
▶️ Skill level: intermediate although some beginners have had a go and found my instructions detailed enough to create amazing knits
