The Falling Scarf Crochet Pattern is named after the song “Falling” by Norah Jones and Rodrigo Amarante…

“I reach the top
The top of the trees
I hear the sound
Of wind in the leaves…”

This scarf is made with one, or two (your choice) hanks of sock/fingering weight yarn. Shown is Yarntuary’s Merino Nylon Sock/Fingering Yarn in colorway Muma Said.

The best thing about this scarf is the texture and stitch detail!

It looks very pretty wrapped around the neck.

The pattern is easy to follow, containing detailed and concise instructions, as well as pictures following each row.

In addition, there is a section at the end of the pattern that provides step by step instructions and photos for all stitches used in this pattern. The experience level of this pattern is advanced beginner to intermediate, but is fun to work up no matter your experience level! If you are a beginner and want to try, give it a shot and I’m here to help if you need me!

Pattern repeats are easy to remember so you’ll be crocheting mindlessly in no time!
