A wildflower inspired knitted headband!

This little headband features the same seedhead stitch pattern as my Fallow Socks – the inspiration came from wildflowers creeping into field edges and bursting out of the hedgerows in midsummer.

The headband is one width (8cm), and you can decide the length that’s comfortable for you.

Paired with my naturally dyed Ertha DK yarn (named after the Old English for ground).
