It doesn’t get much simpler than this scrunchable garter stitch hat, worked in the round. The only stitches used are K, P, and K2tog. Great for showcasing a striped, or fancy yarn! The hat is very stretchy, so it should fit all Teens’ and Adult sizes. Child’s size hat instructions in (brackets).

Materials:

• Bulky weight yarn, about 90 – 100 yards for Adult sized hat
• size US 10 (6.00mm) circular needles – I used 33” long (Magic Loop), or DPNs if you prefer
• 7 regular stitch markers, plus 1 different marker for end of round
• Yarn needle for weaving in ends

Stitches & Techniques:
K (knit), P (purl), K2tog (knit 2 sts together)
