Fan Whirl
Who can ever go past a Scheepjes Whirl? I know I love them and as I had one sitting around I decided to try create a new cowl from one! This turned out better than I had expected and became a three-in-one pattern as I am able to wear it as a shrug, an infinity scarf or a cowl. The graduation of the colours in the whirl I used fit in beautifully with the pattern repeat too. And the rhythm of the pattern was perfect and calming. Easy enough to remember each row (even though I did have to frog parts of it a few times because I didn’t double check the row notes!), this one was very quickly my go-to project in the mornings before work.
This pattern needs one Scheepjes Whirl and a 3.5mm hook.
It’s made on a round so there is no need to construct anything at the end. Instructions also include how you can adjust to change the size if you want a smaller or bigger circle.
