FANCY CHRISTMAS TREE SKIRT PATTERN DETAILS:
-Includes instructions for a small or large skirt
Small: center opening circumference is 21” and length is 15”
Large: center opening circumference is 33” and length is 20”
-Skills: Single crochet, turning chain, chain, half double crochet, double crochet, slip stitch, single crochet decrease, stitch, cluster stitch (explained in pattern), basic increasing & basic sewing.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
-Hooks: You will need a  5.5 mm (I) and 6 mm (J). IF YOUR GAUGE MATCHES MINE!
-Yarn: You are welcome to use any brand of worsted weight/category 4 yarn as long as you check your gauge before beginning. For a tip on how to save time when checking your gauge, check out my blog post entitled “Becoming a Master Gauge Checker: It’s a stinky job, but somebody’s gotta do it…”
For Large Skirt you will need:

• I used Red Heart Soft.  You will need 7 balls of yarn for main color and less than 1/2 ball for bow color.
• I also used Big Twist Twinkle. For the contrast color you will need 3 balls of yarn.

Small Skirt you will need:

• I used Big Twist Twinkle. You will need 2 balls of yarn for main color, less than 1/2 ball for bow color and 2 balls for the contrast color. -Sewing needle with large eye -Pins (optional for placing parts before sewing)
