For this pattern, I used yarn bee adore-a-ball solids color grey. It was a chunky-er yarn. Worsted yarn works too. I have included a picture of a regular worsted-weight mouse vs the chunky mouse. The pattern is the same for both yarn weights.

The feet are worked in worsted weight pink I-love-this-yarn.
The body was worked in Yarn Bee grey adore-a-ball grey yarn.

The arms, ears, feet, and tail are sewn to the mouse.

The dress was made in I-love-this-yarn shade red. The hat was made in Persian-type cream yarn.
