Fanfare - is triangular, fun and colorful shawl, knitted from bottom to top in a garter stitch. Always in fashion garter stitch makes the shawl soft and squishy. The shawl could be smaller or bigger to the taste of the knitter. To make it bigger it would required just to add extra section of the pattern. It could be stopped after any section.

As I say - the short rows give endless possibilities for fantasies and ideas. Besides the short rows this shawl involves basic intarsia.
