This is a pattern of a peacock for a blanket made in Overlay Mosaic Crochet, working from right to left only, alternating colors, cutting off yarn after every row.
This pattern does not teach you the Overlay Mosaic Technique, although basic instructions are given.

Pattern includes row by row Written Pattern and different size charts. 1 total chart and 1 chart for A4 printing (15pages).
Pattern is 260 stitches by 275 rows.

For the blue and green example, Hobbii, Azalea in color ‘Persil’ is used in combination with Hobbii 8/4 rainbow cotton in white, with a 3mm hook.
For the background (blue and green), approximately 2300 meter is used (3 skeins). For the pattern (white), approximately 1850 meter (10,5 skeins).
Final measurements are approximately 120cm x 130cm.

Using different yarn and/or hook size won’t affect the design. It will however change the size and the amount of yarn needed.
