Bum bag, waist bag, fanny pack…they all serve the same purpose: to easily carry the essential items while leaving your hands free.

These cute bags have really made a come back in 2023. My feather stitch square motif is so much fun to make, once you get the hang of this motif, you will want to make one for all of your friends!

Although this pattern is geared toward intermediate level crocheters, an adventurous beginner will be successful with the additional support of a short video tutorial on the main motif used in the pattern design.

Yarn recommended: Any cotton or cotton blend yarn.

Gauge is not essential; each square motif (as written = 5.5”) and can be enlarged or reduced to suit your personal preference.
