This 4ply top pattern has 2 versions - the first is straight the alternative is A line and instructions are given for both.

The green A line version was made with a hand dyed 4 ply yarn - Size 135cm used approx 5.5 skeins (2,200m)

Any 4ply yarn would be suitable. My testers used Alize Bamboo, Papatya Sundae, Mainstays, Mary Maxim Seascape ans Sirdar Snuggly. My green version was made with Rosies Moments Merino & Nylon.
