Overview
Fantasia begins with working a neckline tie in flat stockinette (not I-cord) to the desired length, picking up stitches along the edge, and knitting the shawl top down. An integral stockinette border conceals the yarn tails, reducing weaving in to finish. To wear shawl, thread ties through openings before tying.

Pattern Details
The pattern gives row by row directions for the shawl, and includes two sizes, one to fit x-small to 1x and a larger size fitting up to 3x.

Skill Level
Skill level is experienced because of short rows, otherwise it is easy.

Yarn
Pattern uses worsted to bulky yarn.

Needles
1 pr circulars 5mm/US8 or size to fit yarn, 32” (80cm) and 60” (150cm) long.
