Farmhouse Square Baby Blanket
Crochet blanket pattern, with chunky over-sized squares, is perfect for a baby blanket or a full size throw. Use two colors for a simple classic design or make a multi-color beautiful blanket. I love this pattern because any weight yarn, from dk to chunky can be used. You could also continue one square “in pattern” to make one large single square blanket.
Finished size depends on the yarn used and the number of squares you choose to make. The blanket shown was a baby blanket made with worsted weight yarn. Each square measures about 7 inches. The whole blanket measures about 29 by 29 inches.
The blanket is made using basic crochet stitches (sc, dc,) in American Standard Terms.
