And a super easy twist on the simplest of crochet stitches gives the finished product a luxurious, texture. The downloadable PDF pattern includes instructions for making the throw as shown – but as with all my patterns, tips and instructions are given for switching things up. Stay warm! Winter is coming.

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: EASY
The basic pattern is simple and uses the chain and single crochet stitches. Instructions are included for the modification to the single crochet stitch that gives this throw its unique texture.

• COLOR A: 20 skeins of Lion Brand Hometown USA Yarn (#6 super bulky) yarn in Aspen Tweed (64 yards per skein).
• COLOR B: 2 skeins of Lion Brand Hometown USA Yarn (#6 super bulky) yarn in Chicago Charcoal (81 yards per skein).
• P crochet hook
• Yarn Needle to weave in ends
