This is the 21st in my Bowie series of baby clothes this one is entitled Fascination. I have been fascinated by the Celts for years and the cuff edging & faux belt are a little twist on a regular baby / toddler dress. I used a contrasting colour, but, play to your hearts content. I give you 4 sizes. 0-3, 3-6, 6-9 & 9-12 months

I knit with Emu classic DK. You will have more than enough with the first size with 1 x 100g ball up to 3x 100g for largest size. If using 50g balls, buy 2 for the first size, 3 for the second, 4 for the third & 5 for the largest. This is knit flat with 4mm needles – 3.75mm needles for the borders. One small button, a tapestry needle & some waste yarn, or stitch holders x 3 3.25mm double ended needles x2
