Relaxed fit, texture, simple yet effective detailing… The fast flyer sweater has it all. With a significant amount of positive ease, this sweater is designed to be flattering on all body types, and provide all the cosy feels, making it the ideal layering piece - perfect for your fall wardrobe.
Sizes: XS (S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X)
Finished measurements:
Chest: 40” (44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64)”. The recommended fit for this sweater is 8” – 12” of positive ease. The sample shown is a size M, worn on a model with a 36” chest, with 12” of positive ease.
Length: 21” (22, 22.25, 22.5, 22.75, 23, 23)”. Note: The pattern includes instructions on how to customize the length to achieve desired fit. Please note that such changes will affect required yardage.
Yarn: Urth yarns, Monokrom Worsted, 100% extrafine Merino, 100g/220 yds. Sample shown in made in colour “4054”.
Yardage: 1300 (1480, 1625, 1780, 1930, 2100, 2230) yds
Hook size: 5.0 mm (UK 6, US H/8)
Gauge: 15sts + 12 rows = 4” in hdc after blocking
Construction: This sweater is made is one piece, worked from the bottom up, in the round until the point of splitting for the sleeves where you will begin working in rows. The only seaming involved is done at the shoulders. The sleeves are worked last, also in the round.
