’Father ADAM’ is part of a range of amigurumi dolls that I am currently designing. He was designed to compliment ‘Mother to be’ and ‘Mother nursing her newborn’ The pattern for the Mothers can be purchased as well.

MEASUREMENTS
With the yarns used in this project the doll measures 19cm tall
To make a larger doll you can use the same pattern and use thicker yarns, double yarn and larger hooks.

TOOLS/MATERIALS REQUIRED
8ply/DK acrylic yarn for hair and skin
4ply/fingering cotton/acrylic yarn for the body
3mm crochet hook
polyester fibre fill, darning needle

SKILL LEVEL
• suitable for beginners (level 2/3 - medium) The hair style in this pattern is quite difficult. But achievable. So I have rated this as a medium for that reason.
• pattern contains clearly explained instructions for each round,
• many step-by-step photos

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Crocheting in spiral.
• Single crochet stitch.
• Increasing and decreasing.
