Faun
Fauns are half-goat, half-man woodland creatures from Greek mythology. Fun-loving fauns are known for having a love of dance and music. Sometimes they help those in need, other times they are troublesome tricksters. Either way, they are awfully cute!
To make this pattern, you will need:
• G crochet hook (4 mm)
• Worsted weight yarn: the TORSO color (the skin color), the LEG color (the goat-half), the HAIR COLOR (on the head), HOOF color, and the HORN COLOR.
• Fiberfill or stuffing
• Needle with a large eye
• 9 mm plastic safety eyes
• 16 gauge aluminum jewelry wire
• Small amount of plastic canvas
Finished product measures about 12.5” tall.
This pattern is at an intermediate level. Previous amigurumi experience is highly recommended. You need to know how to single crochet in the round, increase, decrease, slip stitch, crochet in the back loop only and the front loop only.
Pattern includes 12 pages of detailed instruction in English . Includes color photos of the work-in-progress and finished product paired with descriptions of how to create your own faun.
