Faux Cable Fingerless Mittens
It was fun creating these. They are warm and comfy and took less than half a 100 gm skein to make. Also they are worked flat, which does mean seaming, but they are rather unobtrusive seams.
I made these approx. 23 -24cm long.
In the pattern, you will see instructions for M1R and M1L (make 1 right and make one left), however you can instead simply Kfb (knit in front and back) = knit next st without removing it from left needle, then K through back, in order to “make 1” = increase a stitch. ANY method that gives you a smooth, hole free increase will work perfectly well.
NB: I just updated the PDF pattern instructions, as there was a small error in the increases for the left hand, though the glove would still work out using the old instructions.
So sorry for any inconvenience!
