Cowl, as written, is a comfortable 22.5” when buttoned, but can be adjusted.

The scarf is especially fun in long-change color-run yarn.

Scarf need 3 skeins. Cowl needs 1 skein.
Scarf is 5” wide; cowl is 6.25” wide.
