I do recommend that in order to knit this hat that you have some seaming experience, because it can be difficult to see the stitches with this faux fur yarn. I had to use my sense of touch and lean on some of my seaming experience.

The challenge of this yarn? Can be difficult to see to seam (especially because I used black).
