I designed a double knit headband to show off my school spirit. The problem is that many people are intimidated by double knitting, so I decided to also write the pattern using two color stranded knitting. I teach at a High School and love to watch football games in the fall. After the sun goes down it gets chilly and I prefer a headband on my head instead of a hat. This is a way I can show my school spirit and still keep my head warm.
