SKEINO’s Favorite Sweater is a slightly oversized, super soft and snuggly sweater. It’s the perfect sweater to grab on your way out the door to grab a coffee, meet friends for lunch, or even just lounging at home! The collar can be worn folded down or pulled up at the neck and chest for additional warmth. Add a cute button or shawl pin for more style!

The Favorite Sweater is knitted with our thick and thin Flame yarn, from the top down with raglan sleeves. This is a great sweater for adventurous beginners! Knit with US-11 needles, you can finish this sweater in a weekend! The cuffs, collar, and bottom ribbing are knitted with our super bulky Donna yarn. A small section of short rows gives the collar its shape.

Not sure what size to choose? Sizing is based on your actual chest size. The sweater pattern, as written, has 1” - 2” of positive ease.

Yarn included in kit:
Small - Medium: 2 skeins Flame (400 yards total), 1 skein Donna (150 yards total)

Large - Medium: 3 skeins Flame (600 yards total), 2 skeins Donna (300 yards total)

Needles required:
US-9 for cuffs, collar and ribbing
US-11 for sweater

Skills Needed:
Knit Stitch, Purl Stitch, Knit into the front and back of a stitch, Make 1 right, Make 1 left, knit into the front and back of the stitch, knit 2 stitches together, slip-slip-knit stitch, wrap & turn (used on the collar)
