Errata:

1. Beads are an option for clue 3 ~
2. Not so much a correction as a highlight, stitch key note for clue 5 found below the key.
3. Sent correction for Section 2, beginning & center charts, row 1. Row shifted on charts, it should be centered on bottom lining up design.
4. Not noted in chart area, work 12 rows of stockinette increase between each chart section (rows 7-12 of Section 1, Set-up chart).
5. Before Section 5, it should read work rows 7-12 1x, 4 rows (NOT 12 rows)

Originally done as a Mystery Knit Along affiliated with Fiber Art Work Thread. Nina has a small yarn shop, by the same name, in Huntsville, AL & has some great selections to choose from. Nina now has on-line store set up & is willing to work with you to get exactly what you are looking for.

This is a one-skein (at least 400 yds fingering weight) project, US sz 8 needles, with a few stitch markers. Size 6/0 beads for 3rd clue.

Note: In May 2015 new charts will be added to original design, offering the option of putting beads on each section. You can see the details of this bead addition at my project page for Beaded Spring Fling, where there are close up photos of the yellow shawl.

As with most of my patterns yarn weight can be changed with needle size adjustment, it will be a larger or smaller end result. You will also need to adjust the quantity of yarn.

There are 5 sections to create a half hexagon shawl that is a fun,versatile wrap; with layers of changing lace,perfect for any time of the year. It does not require specific sizing; making it able to be done with yarns in different weights for different effects. It is a quick knit & we hope everyone will enjoy the journey. When done you will have a lovely, lacy shawl that will compliment your wardrobe nicely.

~~Worsted weight version (pink), used just over 400 yards darker shade & 200 yards of lighter. Also, only worked 2 knit rows before binding off.
