Fayme Cowl
The Fayme Cowl would be an excellent place to showcase a gradient, self-striping, or variegated yarn with a coordinating solid color. Garter stitch rows form the edges of the cowl as well as narrow stripes separating the colorful blocks of stockinette stitch in the middle. This versatile cowl uses two different yarns to create an elegant mixture of color and texture.
The cowl is worked in the round--using only knit and purl stitches!--making it a very easy project with a modern feel.
The length of the cowl can easily be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of stitches that are cast on. Likewise, the width of the cowl can be increased by adding additional rows or stripes.
