This baby blanket is very beautiful and lacey. My friend likes to use the larger needles suggested above which makes knitting this blanket quicker but I prefer the smaller needle size. Knit up a swatch of each and see which needle size you like best before casting on. (The photos of this baby blanket were made with the smaller needles.) This blanket would be a special handmade gift for any baby.
