GAUGE / SMALL SCARF:
21 sts in garter stitches on needle 4mm/US 6 = 10 cm/4 inch

ABOUT THE DESIGN/TECHNIQUES:
The Feather scarf can be knitted in 2 sizes according to the same pattern. Knit by starting out with the feather pattern on the lower edge of the scarf. The feathers are knit according to chart. By knitting the chart, you will reduce the number of stitches in every section of the chart from 17 sts to 7 sts, when full chart is knitted.
The rest of the work is knit in garter stitches, using short rows to shape the scarf into its curved shape.
