Graceful and ever so light, Feathers is a delicious, contemporary lace wrap that’ll make you feel extra special no matter when you wear it.

The combination of simple lines and lace that looks much trickier to knit that it actually is, makes my heart beat a little faster. Feathers is a truly tactile experience and draping it around your shoulders is like cloaking yourself in magic of the most elegant kind.

Intricate lace ebbs and flows through the body, effortlessly and organically evolving into ribbed lace at either end.

Knitted from end to end, you’ll quickly feel at ease and fall in love with the rhythm of the feathery stitches.

The pattern includes written and charted instructions and is suitable for experienced knitters and intermediate knitters after a fun challenge with a spectacular result.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Width approx. 21”/195 cm (blocked)

GAUGE
20 sts and 20 rows = 10 cm/4” in lace repeat after wet blocking.

YARN
Sample uses 4 skeins of Loft by Brooklyn Tweed (100% American wool from American Targhee- Columbia Sheep; 50g = 275 yds/251 m in colourway “Woodsmoke”).
