This pattern is perfect for a beginner using only knit stitches.

We have designed this using Lauren Aston Designs Super Chunky Merino Yarn, Lauren Aston Designs Big Cotton and Lauren Aston Designs Mini Mohair.
We have knit them all using 10mm needles although if you want a tighter finish to give your garland more structured, then use 8mm needles.

This garland is designed to be a scarf for your Christmas tree, although looks wonderful on a mantle, up your banister or woven around your tablescape.

OR 2 x 100g balls of Lauren Aston Designs Big Cotton
OR 2 x 25g balls of Lauren Aston Designs Mini Mohair
A pair of 10mm needles
OR a pair of 8mm needles
Optional Pompom maker

Size when made
4m to 5m depending on yarn and needles chosen.
