Feeline Spooky Halloween Sweater
Nothing screams Halloween quite like black cats and pumpkins! Its time to break out the pumpkin spice lattes and cool fall weather. This was a super fun pattern made top down stranded color work style. For my yarn weight I used worsted malabrigo yarn from Rios. I am in love with their natural colors and how the overall garment turned out. Rios makes some of the softest wool I have worked with and I love how easy to is to block.
For my color work patterns I try to do “knit by color” where in each chart you knit the corresponding color to get the final pattern. I have found this to be the easiest (and most fun!) way to go about knitting a pattern up.
For this you will need
US 4 circular needles (any length is fine)
US 5 circular needles
Yarn In 6 colors according to yard chart (located in pictures)
Embroidery needle for tucking in tails
I personally used long long loooong US 5 circular needles so I could try on my piece as I went.
