Feliz a Happy Bear
If you are looking for a quick fix then this is for you.
An evening make, “Feliz” a happy bear.
In a few hours of making, you will have a bear you can do so much with. Make it into a keyring, ornament or a doll companion. It’s really a great stash buster. Looking just as good in variegated yarn as in plain cotton or acrylic.
Written in American terms. The stitch formations are explained at the beginning of the pattern as are the common abbreviations; for American and British terms.
The stitch formations and written instruction aids successful stitches even for crocheter with limited experience. Techniques used: magic ring, increase, decrease (invisible) and basic sewing.
Remember the key to any amigurumi is to keep the stitches close together so the stuffing isn’t seen. A size down from the recommended hook size on the yarn ball works well as a guide.
No gauge is given as you will need to decide if the hook or yarn needs adjusting for your tension.
Using the yarn and hook suggested, produced a bear less than 5inches.
