Yarn: Use a wool or wool blend yarn that will felt well. Your choice of yarn will determine finished size.

Belt Bag: Worsted weight, approx. 140 yards total or 85 yards of main color and 55 yards of contrast.

Pouches: Worsted or sport weight. Yardage required will vary with size and weight of yarn, but an average for worsted weight would be about 75 (150, 250) yards.

Needles:

Belt Bag: Straight needles, size US 10.5.

Pouches: Circular needles size US 10.5 for worsted or size US 9 for sport weight in 16” for small, 24” for med and lg. You will also need double pointed needles in the same size.
