Don’t you hate the sound of chairs being dragged across a tiled, wooden or linoleum floor? Whilst there are a few patterns around for chair leg covers, I wanted these booties to be thick, felted and longer lasting.

The felted chair booties are knit in one piece with no seams to sew! They fit a round or square chair leg circumference of between 14cm and 17cm.

Materials:
Brown Sheep Lamb’s Pride Worsted or Istex Lettlopi; about 15-18g or 25-35yd (23-28m)
6mm (US10) circular needle (for magic loop) or set of 5 6mm (US10) dpns
