Tagil Perlmutter

Work entrelac in multi colored yarns, then felt it and cut out shapes to make Felted Entrelac Potholders. From the scraps, you can cut small heart shapes for ornaments.

Finished Size 8½” diameter.

Yarn Worsted weight 100% wool yarn. Dk color (MC) and lt color (CC), about 125 yd 115 m each.

Needles Size 8 (5 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Tapestry needle; sewing pins.

Gauge 17 sts and 24 rows = 4″ in St st, before felting. Exact gauge is not critical for this project.
