This pattern includes knitting instructions to make a felted hat for a child, in either an ear flap or brimmed design.
Finished hat circumference is about 19” depending on how much it is felted. Gauge does not really matter since it is being felted to size. I used Edgewater Farm worsted weight wool yarn, in Halloween.
