Materials: Bag is knit with a double strand of worsted weight feltable wool plus novelty yarn. For the taller bag, 720 yds of wool in color A, and 575 yds of wool in color B, plus 150 yds each of 2 different hairy novelty yarns. For the shorter bag, 700 yds of wool in color A, and 480 yds of color B, plus 150 yds each of 2 different novelty yarns. Size 13 or 15 – 29” circular needles, or size needed for gauge. About 2 yds of 1 – 2” wide strapping.
Gauge: With 2 strands of wool, in stockinette, 10 sts = 4”.
